COMLABS is extremely excited to announce that we are now a fully owned subsidiary of 1 Interactive Consulting (1ic) and anticipate many great things in the months to come.
Like COMLABS, 1ic has its roots firmly planted on Philippine soil. And we take great pride in this because both COMLABS and 1ic compete and succeed in a global market.
1ic is a Makati-based web development consultant that was formed circa 2000. 1ic’s services primarily focus on the development of web applications, which include Learning Management Systems and Business-to-Business (B2B) Solutions. Clients include the likes of Asia Brewery, Ayala Land, Nike, RCBC-Bankard, Siemens, and SMART. In 2007, 1ic expanded its offerings by becoming an exclusive product distributor for Imation Singapore PTE in the Philippines. Now in 2009, 1ic intends to strengthen its roots through the acquisition of COMLABS, further, expand its expertise with full-fledged Search Engine Optimization (SEO) solutions.
COMLABS can only benefit from this change by integrating its clients and services under the 1ic guise. Existing clients need not worry though. The status quo shall be maintained for all clients. COMLABS ensures that any changes in the months to come shall only be beneficial changes to all our clients.
